SjS elements Aluminum alloy-manufactured, available in multiple sizes and dimensions, SjS elements are the basic component of every Alukeep modular structure. All available 3-D surface is exploitable through the exclusive patented junction system SjS (Single joint System). Every side is linkable to other elements to suit most complex creative requirements of the customer. Large size setups may be quickly and economically achieved by using SjS profiles and all Aluleep components range.
			Threaded baseplates 15mm thick light alloy baseplates. Featuring M8 threaded holes with 30mm interaxis suitable for fixturing all Alukeep component range. 300x210 mm baseplates may be continuously joined together to set up large size workplanes. Setup positioning repeatability is ensured by reference baseplates in order to expedite the positioning of different parts to be measured, obtaining a rapid and profitable manual palletizing system.
			Junction elements These elements interface all Alukeep component range. Exclusive junction system SjS (Single joint System) links reticular elements together by a unique element fastly, profitably and precisely. The remaining joints and adapter range enable a comprehensive chance to set up fixtures.
			Columns Composable and extension-tuning columns, they reach all desided points and positions. Different diameter sections facilitate the component choice by space requirements or sustainable load.
			Terminal elements A complete range of components aided to stable positioning of objects to be fixed in the space. Special pull stud terminal Ø12.5 elements enable better flexibility, enabling easy change of the terminal with similar others over columns and baseplates aided to their positioning. Other enhanced section elements ensure wider base surfaces and heavier loads. Common features are standard M24x1and M8 threads, provided with all Alukeep elements.
			Angular adjustable elements Maximum freedom rate for the positioning of objects in the space. With these elements every reference and every Alukeep clamping element features further flexibility, reaching points in the space impossible to obtain with other elements.
			Clamping and holding elements In all situations where a holding force has to be exerted, once when the object positioning is complete, Alukeep clamping elements feature an effective and efficient solution. The range is also composed by clamps and shafts, plus modular SjS vises and chucks aided to hold circular shapes.
