is also provided with sits for centering rings over Alukeep reticular elements, securing a perfect positioning
of the parts towards machine axis. Due to pallet dimensions, it is
possible to create more than one Alukeep modular structure to hold
parts to measure. The system is also compatible with the presence of
reference spheres and tip changers.
Rapid loading system Changer 500 is buildable in any loading
and unloading form in order to get the maximum rationalization of
space and to facilitate operators even in the machine programming
step. Pre-engineering is always
realized with 3D CAD software and proofed before manufacturing the
system in its totality, in order to verify with the customer the real
spatial occupation rate of the system. |

Alukeep offers to its customers the rapid loading system Changer 500,
the key to enhance business CMM profit. Each loading system is
developed starting from a standard base and geometrically customized
in order to suit any logistic and dimensional request.
With the Changer 500 system it is not strictly necessary to have large
– size dimensioned tables.
Changer 500 system uses 500x400 mm sized pallets. Each pallet is
provided with tapped holes with reticular design at constant distance,
aided to holding Alukeep baseplates and linear elements. |
